At Sanctuary Makers, every tile tells a story and it begins right here in Australia. We don’t just sell tiles; we design, glaze, print, and produce them in-house at our Mulgrave facility. Each piece is made to order, which means we control the glaze, the print and the finish from raw material to dispatch, and every order is checked against our own colour standard before it leaves the factory.
Our factory runs almost 24 hours a day, powered by a dedicated team of over 50 employees, many of whom have been with us for more than two decades. Their experience and passion are the heartbeat of our operation, blending traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.
What we do is highly technical. From custom glazes to precision printing, every tile is the result of deep expertise and constant innovation. Our in-house R&D department is always exploring new finishes, formats, and sustainable practices to keep us and your spaces ahead of the curve.
